  • 2011-Present

    UX Lead @ Noesis

    Lead experience designer for fastest growing finance platform for energy efficiency equipment such as solar and LED lights. Developed brand at launch to a 30,000+ users platform. As the user advocate I design responsive experiences for multiple personas while following best practices for less adapted users. Duties include user research, user journeys, user stories, wireframes, usability testing, visual, email, video and infographic design. I work closely with the development and marketing teams and guide the definition of user behavior goals and craft elegant solutions to meet those goals.

    Creative lead on 30 person Agile Software Development team creating deliverables for clients such as DELL, AAA, and Harrison College. Deliverables include Mobile Apps, Facebook Apps, SharePoint Portals, Learning Management Systems, Community Sites.

    Creative Director @ Austin Fit Magazine

    Led the rebranding of AFM, a monthly health and fitness publication, from newsprint tabloid to glossy magazine format. Design layouts and ads, photograph and illustrate images, develop story ideas, and assist editor with copy and headlines. Translate magazine to the web to include animated Flash frontend and dynamic backend. Produce, direct, edit, and create motion graphics for web video editorials. Developed e-newsletter, web advertising, and micro sites for promoting events and contests.
